How to get to the caves?

To get here take the commuter train to Balbriggan station and its literally a minute walk from here! Or take the 33 bus, 33A bus, 191 Balbriggan Express bus or 101 Dublin Busáras bus to Balbriggan.

What’s inside?

They have 6 different treatment centers; 3 saltwater pools, an infrared beach, a salt beach, and a dry Finnish sauna to relax and rejuvenate in.

Additionally, the 3 pools are all different temperatures and have a specific therapeutic effect on the body!

What are the benefits of the Salt Cave Paradise?

Saltwater therapy has been used for centuries to treat many diseases such as skin conditions, rheumatic pain, and muscular problems. The idea is that the skin will absorb minerals such as magnesium and potassium. As a result, this will remove toxins and balance the entire body.

The three main benefits of salt therapy are;

  1. Skin conditions such as Ezcema and Dermatitis.
  2. Lung conditions such as Asthma and Allergies
  3. Bone conditions such as Arthritis and Rheumatism.

What room to book in the Salt Cave Paradise and how much do they cost?

Each session lasts 1 hour and there are either;

  1. Family room which is €20/per hour for an adult or €15 for a child.
  2. Adult Room which is €30/per hour per adult. Students get in for €20 (Mon-Thurs). Healthcare professionals also get a discount do don’t forget your I.D!

In order to book, you download the ‘Spaces by Wix’ app. Occasionally, they run offers where you can get 5 Sessions for €100 or a Yearly Membership for €500!

What do I bring to the Salt Cave Paradise?

Overall, all you need is;

  • Swim gear
  • Towel
  • Flip flops
  • Comfortable clothes for after

Don’t forget;

Don’t shower straight after the caves! The idea of this to let the salt soak into your skin so that you can get the most benefits!
